General Terms and Conditions
1/ BOOKING
The client, by making a reservation or concluding a contract with the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches", hereby fully accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
For all reservations, a quote including the nature and quantities of the services and indicating the amount to be added for each animal killed can be made on the client request.
After having read this quote and these General Terms and Conditions, the client must return the signed documents with the mention "Bon pour accord" along with an advance payment, by bank transfer, corresponding to the number of hunting days booked.
Upon receipt of the documents mentioned above, the reservation will be considered definitive.
The client will pay the final amount (services and animals killed) at the end of the stay.
2/ SERVICES
The company PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" sells hunting days supervised by local guides or professional guides.
The hunts are organized in open territories on which the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" has the hunting tags.
The company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" suggests accommodations but does not sell them.
3/ MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
If the customer wants to cancel, he must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The date of the acknowledgement of receipt will be considered the date of cancellation.
Cancellation by the customer will result in the withholding of the following compensations:
- Cancellation from the day of the reservation until the 60th day before the start of the stay, 150€ will be retained.
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the stay, 50% of the price of the reserved days will be retained.
- Cancellation between the 29th and the day before the trip, 100% of the price of the reserved days will be retained.
In case of force majeure, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" will study the case and offer a suitable solution.
We strongly advise our clients to take out cancellation insurance.
4/ MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY EURL PCA "PYRENEES CHASSES D'APPROCHES”
If, in the event of force majeure and for reasons related to the safety of the participants, the stay is cancelled, the client will not be entitled to any compensation. In this case, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" will refund the totality of the sums paid.
If, due to external circumstances, the stay has to be modified, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" will try to offer a replacement stay. The customer will be informed at least 30 days in advance and will have a period of 7 days from receipt of the information to accept the new modified stay or to cancel the reservation free of charge. In this case, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" will refund the totality of the sums paid.
5/ PRICE
The price of our stays is expressed in euros and is partially subject to VAT. It includes the number of hunting days, the animals killed, the hunting validations and their management fees, the additional price of game meat, the rifle rentals, the trophy treatments; all according to the services provided.
Any modification of the prices of the various elements composing the stays can lead to a price readjustment. The prices indicated in the brochures or websites are non-contractual. The prices will be confirmed at the time of the reservation request to the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches".
6/ PAYMENT
The payment of the stay is made at the end of it, to the guide or his representative. The amount includes all services and fees for each animal killed, minus the days of hunting payed at the moment of the reservation.
7/ RESPONSIBILITY
The company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" cannot replace the individual responsibility of the participant, who must ensure that all the formalities are carried out in order to have access to the stays, in particular:
- Hunting license validated for the current season and for the department concerned
- Mandatory hunting liability insurance
- European firearms card for foreign hunters...
In case of non-compliance, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" cannot be held responsible for damages that could occur during the stays.
On request, the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" will be able to provide temporary hunting validations.
8/ RISKS INHERENT TO THE STAYS
Risks are involved in hunting activities: use of firearms or hunting bows, journeys in vehicles, journeys on foot in lands with wooded areas, ditches, groves, and other hilly areas... The client accepts these risks and releases the company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" from all responsibility in case of accidents.
The company EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" reserves the right to expel at any time a person whose behavior may be considered dangerous to the safety or well-being of others. No compensation or refund will be made.
9/ CONFIDENTIALITY
The client undertakes not to attempt to appropriate by any means the territories in which he will be taken to hunt during his stay nor hunting authorizations (tags), under penalty of immediate and definitive exclusion.
10/ RIFLE ADJUSTMENT
To access the EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" stays, hunters wishing to use their own rifle must check that it is properly adjusted. A DRO setting of 180-200m is strongly recommended.
If during the stay, the hunter shoots and misses the animal twice, the rifle will be checked by firing two bullets at 100 meters on an A4 target sheet with a 16x16 cm target on its center. The aimed point will be the center of the 16x16 cm target.
After these shots, if the rifle is indeed not properly adjusted and the impacts are inside the A4 sheet but outside the 16x16 cm target, the hunter's rifle will be adjusted on the spot and the hunter will have to pay a penalty of 150€ for not checking the adjustment of his rifle.
If, after these two shots, the impacts are outside the A4 sheet, the hunter will be able, if he wishes, to continue his/her stay by renting a rifle from the EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" company, but he will have to pay the entire fee for animal killed for the last game he missed with his rifle.
11/ WOUNDED ANIMAL
When an animal is wounded, with presence of blood, bones, stomach residues, meat or any other sign of injury, a search for the animal is carried out with a blood tracking dog within 24 hours.
However, if the injured animal is not found and recovered after this search, the client will have to pay the price for animal killed.
12/ TROPHIES
As the hunts take place in open territories and on wild animals, the EURL PCA "Pyrénées Chasses d'Approches" cannot guarantee any trophy. Thanks to our experience in stalking hunting and to our choice of the territories we hunt, we put our clients in the best conditions so they can be completely satisfied, but the absence of a satisfying result does not give right to any compensation or refund.
13/ DISPUTES
The original language of this contract is French. The present General Terms and Conditions and the contracts concluded between the parties are subject to French law. In case of dispute not settled amicably, any disagreement remaining concerning the implementation or interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions will be judged by the courts of Foix (O9).
