The stalking of the Fallow Deer
The stalking of the Fallow Deer is practised on a big party of the season but the best periods are situated of the opening till the end of the period of squall of the Fallow Deer, that is in the middle of November.
This season offers the possibility of accumulating two types of hunting on the same stay. The stalking of the Fallow Deer and the stalking of the Red Stag , both zones being very close geographically.
On the hunted territory the population of Fallow Deer is totally wild.
Escapees of a park since about twenty year and hunted regularly for ten years, only the most hardened individuals quite naturally survived.
This population prospers on small hills of Pyrenean Piedmont, consisted of small oaks and meadow natural.
The meeting with of beautiful males is current but difficult rest. Fallows Deers moving in small bands of about fifteen individuals at the most, to thwart all his small sentinels get beautiful moments of feelings.
As for the hunting itself, it gets organized in two daily releases, one in the morning and the other one in the evening.
The hunter is got back in its accommodation and transported on the zone of hunting with the vehicle of the guide.
Then, the hunter and his guide canvass the zone on foot.
The sector is more or less easily accessible and the difficulty of the hunting will be adapted to the physical condition of the hunter.
The proposed accommodations adapt themselves to the schedules of hunters.
The schedules of the meal of noon evening and will be to determine with the persons in charge of the accommodation.
